On this page, I will soon post videos of me cooking some of my favorite meals. Until then, here are some recipes that you may try at home.


Vegetarian Pizza

1 12-inch whole wheat crust
1 cup spaghetti sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced black olives
1/2 of a large red onion, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
2 cups freshly chopped spinach

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Pour the sauce onto the crust. Spread 6 ounces of the cheese evenly on the crust. Top with black olives, onion, bell pepper, and spinach.Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and veggies are just tender. Enjoy!

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup strawberries
2 cups unsweetened apple juice
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1 cup crushed ice
2 tbsp. honey
juice of 1 large lemon

Gradually combine all ingredients in a blender. Use additional juice to achieve desired consistency.

Serves 4.
